Your session identifies the ChatGPT account you want to upgrade and allows our fulfillment provider to process the subscription request. We do not ask for your password, but your session token is a sensitive credential that grants account access, not just a payment reference.
Your session is sent to zhchen and its fulfillment provider when you submit. This page does not save it in browser storage. Only proceed if you trust both parties with access to your account.
Select Order status and enter the original activation code (CDK) for that order. A code marked as used does not necessarily mean your subscription was activated.
